Shipping Policy

Toys Liban currently delivers to all regions across Lebanon. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in Lebanon. Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas or during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking and delivery

You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped. Our courier will contact you by phone before delivery, so please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. If the courier is unable to reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us at support@toysliban.com within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
