Return & Exchange Policy

At Toys Liban, we want every child to love what they receive. We do not offer returns or refunds; however, we are happy to exchange items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@toysliban.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a similar item of equal value or store credit.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and tags.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items damaged through misuse, or that were opened and used, cannot be exchanged.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
