Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for items that are malfunctioning or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason.
Proof of Damage Required
To process your return, you must provide clear proof of the malfunction or damage, such as photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number. Returns without valid proof will not be accepted.
Not Covered
Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product's instructions.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and proof of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
